Electronic document management software
The electronic document management software DocumentLite applies for occupying some share in the field of electronic document workflow program systems.
Thanks to such built-in possibilities as the repository of documents (access possibility to documents of certain persons), auto identification, differentiation of powers among users of documents DocumentLite allows to operate enterprise document workflow safely. Each user has access only to certain “site” of document workflow thus relieving the organization from the risk of access to the classified information of extraneous persons as well as relieving separate users from the necessity to supervise all document workflow. The exception is the administrator of the electronic document management software DocumentLite which has access to all transactions as well as can change system options, add users, documents, requisites, etc.
DocumentLite is simple enough for system of such level. Having entered into system under login and password (established by the administrator) you get access to three basic options: «lists of documents», «to create», «other». By means of these options you can create documents (the second option), to search by the set criteria like date of creation, type, name, the place in document workflow system (the third option).
However, in the course of work you will usually work with the first option which reflects the current condition of all documents you work with. As a matter of fact it’s your personal storehouse in which there are the documents your current activity is connected with on each shelf. The electronic document management software DocumentLite is such personal storehouse.
Incoming documents are stored in section «Entering» (for example, from the founder or the document controller). Documents you’ve created personally and for which execution you bear personal responsibility are stored in section «Created». «On the control» helps to find documents you have received on the control. In the section “Accepted” documents you’ve received from the managers are displayed and which have been accepted on execution. In the section “Signed” there are documents you’ve signed as the executor (if the problem is executed). At last, you can easily find archival documents in the section “Archive”.
The Work in DocumentLite passes very easily and conveniently. The each new document is reflected in corresponding section that doesn’t let you forget about the performance of necessary actions. What exactly – it depends on the document.
