It is necessary to buy a new computer for the office? To conclude the contract on delivery of raw materials and materials with the foreign organization? To hire a new employee? All these and many other decisions can be issued only in a documentary form.

Documents solve all, and however we’d like that or not, without them it’s not impossible to manage in organization. However the growth of information loadings and offices do the problem of management of documentary flows in the organization practically not-solved. It’s necessary for you to create a new document devoted, for example, to purchase of new office equipment. Using command «Create–document» you can easily create a necessary document (for example, a service note) and then transfer it to controller or executor. The first one will do the control of the note execution, the second will one do performance.

All transactions with documents pass in the mode «create – send – receive – put on the control – transfer to the coordination –accept – hand over on execution in archive». Approximately so the document workflow system of DocumentLite is organized. The controller who’s received the document will see it in the field «On the control». The executor who’s started system will see the document in the field “Entering docs”, and after decision-making under the document – in fields “Signed” or «For signature». Finally, all documents are waited by one destiny – to go to archive.
