The electronic document management system DocumenLite is connected with the number of rare systems which are on the one hand full-function (of course the systems like these are representatives of system organizational decision) and with another hand are simple enough in training and usage. Today we’ll talk about basic elements included in DocumenLite as a part of system of electronic document workflow.
All work in the electronic document management system is around the actions connected with creation and processing of documents. For this reason the basic options in the program are “to create” and «lists of documents». The first section allows to create the initial document starting all system of the subordinated document workflow. The second section includes a set of various documents with which all person deal who is connected with document workflow – both documents founder and controllers and executors. As the section «Lists of documents» includes variety of subsections we’ll talk about them more in detail.
As a matter of fact the given section is devoted to keeping of any documents created in the electronic document management system of DocumenLite. Wharever you make with documents in the system – all the results are displayed in this section. You’ve created the document –the system’s kept them in subsection “Created”. You’ve received docs for control – the document is displayed in subsection «On the control». You’ve accepted docs for control execution (but you’ve not offered a concrete decision yet) – the document is displayed in subsection “Accepted”. And etc.
Being an organizational program decision, DocumenLite offers possibilities which allow to create the system «under yourselves on a uniform program basis. As a result, on your monitor you can see the results of document work only you or the persons subordinated to you within the limits of concrete document work have worked with. Such differentiation releases office workers from doubtful pleasure to watch document circulation within the limits of all organization or separate division. As a matter of fact, each person has an opportunity to organize own microhabitat of document circulation. As a result, for example, the documents supervised by you are stored in subsection «On the control» instead of someone else. And the person who’s signed documents (kept in subsection “Signed”) can be only Patrik or John. – depending on your name.
